ASIP-PM3-11 The 5 Whys

"5 Whys is an iterative elicitation method used to explore cause-and-effect relationships underlying a particular problem. The primary goal of the technique is to determine the root cause of a defect or problem by repeating the question "Why?". Each answer forms the basis of the next question" (Rego, 2016, para. 1).

Instruction: Starting at the top, click on each question mark in the spiral image until you make your way to the centre of the spiral.
