ASIP-PM3-16 Sub-skills to Mobilize Critical Thinking

Description

Critical thinking is a complicated idea, and many scholars define critical thinking differently. Some use the term to refer to an ideology; others use it in reference to an activity. In our case, we will think of critical thinking as a skill and process. Critical thinking involves judgement of the world around us, which includes the organizations that we work in. There are several sub-skills that project managers use to mobilize critical thinking. Here are a few of these skills, with definitions taken from the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary.
