ASIP-PM1-8b Leadership Styles Knowledge Check
Leadership styles may be context-dependent and contingent on your values, the type of organization that you work in, and the needs of your group. You may find that, depending on the situation, one's leadership style could change; you will also notice that a single individual may display a combination of leadership styles at any given moment.
Scenario: In this activity, we will explore six leadership styles: autocratic (or authoritarian), democratic (or participative), laissez-faire (or freedom/delegative), structural, servant, and transformational.
Instruction: Use each leadership style once in this knowledge check. Click on your answer, and then click the blue arrow to go to the next question. After you have selected answers for all six scenarios, click the blue "Check" button. Click the blue "Show Solution" button to review the correct answers. You can then click the blue arrow to go to the next solution.
