Earlier, we discussed alignment between one's skill set and career choice. In this section, we will:

• examine how your teaching beliefs articulated in your Statement of Teaching Philosophy (STP) relate to other professional roles; and
• build alignment between your teaching dossier and job application documents to tell a consistent story about you and your work.
