The purpose of this CALL activity is to help newly arrived immigrants in Canada learn the essential vocabulary and listening skills that is required at a local walk-in clinic. As a newcomer, navigating a new healthcare system can be highly stressful, and this self-study module aims to build their confidence and communicative skills in a real-world scenario.
