ASIP-VC-8 Hearing vs. Listening Drag and Drop

You may think that hearing and listening are one and the same, but this is not the case. There are distinct differences between the two that can impact your ability to effectively communicate with others in your day-to-day life. Let's explore the distinction between hearing and listening.

Instruction: Some words are associated more with "hearing" and some, more with '"listening". Practice making this distinction in the drag and drop exercise. Drag each of the six words in the grey boxes (right) and drop them on the "Listening" or "Hearing" side of the image (left). Click "Check" to verify your choices.
