Common ground means ideas, interests, principles, or other things that are shared. It is a place to begin understanding another point of view. Finding common ground can be a way to build relationships; it can be the start of positive change and, maybe most importantly, it can help us to begin to settle disagreements or resolve conflicts in a respectful way.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
