When people are upset or angry, it can cause big problems with communication. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
It is very difficult to listen to the other person when the only thing you want to do is tell them why they are wrong!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
However, it is very important to stay calm (or get calm) before continuing the conversation. If it is the other person who is upset, then make an effort to help that person calm down as well.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
