Negotiation and Dispute Resolution

Description

Students will test their knowledge of ethical dimensions of negotiation by matching real-world scenarios with categories of marginally ethical negotiating tactics. The goal is to develop awareness of how certain behaviors—while common in competitive environments—may cross ethical boundaries.
