The App Launcher allows you to to access Office 365 Online. This includes many applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, Sway, Calendar and many others. Many of these applications are considered online collaboration tools. Folders that you access often can bed added to your Favorites list. Favorite folders appear at the top of the Folder list making them much easier to access. Be careful when replying to email messages as you may wish to reply to the sender but you might click the reply-all button in error and reply to everyone who was copied (included) on the message when it first was distributed. Messages can be forwarded to other people and can be sent in bcc (blind carbon copy) mode which means other people will receive the message but their names will not appear in the email thread showing that they received a copy. Email is not private so you want to be professional when you send messages. Professional business people usually review their email messages carefully before sending.
