Welcome to the Comprehensive Program Review Action Planning Tool<\/h2>\n\n
Based on the informed, evidence-based findings of your Comprehensive Program Review, you will be creating goals and an action plan that you will work towards over the next 5-7 years. These goals will continue to be mointored through the Annual Program Review process. The action plan should be strategically-driven, strengths-based, and forward-leaning; it should be grounded in a clear sense of shared purpose, addressing concerns but not limited to them, and informed by your aspirations for the program during the next stage in it's program life.<\/p>\n\n

The more specific you are with your goal, the easier it will be to achieve rather than trying to focus on a general goal. Make your goal focused and defined to ensure a greater chance of accomplishment.<\/p>\n\n
To help you be specific with your goals, answer the questions of: who, what, when, where, which, and why. These answers are going to help you formulate the steps you need to achieve in your SMART plan to reach your goals.
