ASIP-PM2-16 Estimating Approaches Scenario

Description

In every project, you will need to estimate how much time each activity will take to complete to get a sense of how long a project will require as a whole. The more accurately you can do this, the more quickly you can identify potential risks in your project and act appropriately.

Here are a few ways that you can estimate task completion times: Three-Point Estimating, Top-Down Estimating, Parametric (Bottom-Up) Estimating, and Analogous Estimating (Expert Opinion). Let's explore each of these approaches.
