ASIP-PM1-17 Motivation Hygiene Theory Drag and Drop

Description

According to Herzberg, people are motivated by two factors that influence their job satisfaction: "motivation" and "hygiene" factors. Motivators are things related to the work itself: achievement, recognition, and responsibility. Hygiene factors are related to the context of the work: salary, security, and workplace safety (actiTime, 2019). The absence of hygiene factors can demotivate team members even when motivation factors are present.

Scenario: How can you observe this theory in daily life? Let's consider a few statements that someone may think or say about their job.

Instruction: Drag each statement to where you think it belongs on the graph. Click the blue "Check" button to check your answers.
