ASIP-DT-9 IBM Loop
The Loop is the central concept that illustrates the design thinking process, particularly the act of continually refining and improving the development process and solution. The loop includes three stages: Observe, Reflect, and Make. We need to observe users to understand their problems, reflect on what we've learned, and then quickly make something to communicate potential solutions to sponsor users.
