To survive and thrive in our lives, we need to know what is going on around us. However, constant exposure to news and information can overwhelm us, leaving us exhausted, worried, and even sick. As a result, it important that we consciously consider what we need to know, the best way to get this information, and how to keep it in perspective.<\/p>\n\n
