Publishing Options Explained<\/span><\/h3>\n\n
When you publish, you choose between three options for restricting access.<\/p>\n\n
Course Students - Default<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
Only students enrolled in the section of the course associated with the list can view the list. A link in the Blackboard course connects them to the list. These students have full access to the online material and attached files.<\/p>\n\n
All Students at the Institution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
Any Trent-authenticated user who can login to Blackboard can find the list by searching for it; they're not directed to it from any course.<\/em> While they can read the list items, they may not <\/em>have access to attached files or material restricted in other ways. (E.g. copyrighted items.)<\/p>\n\n
Anyone<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
Anyone provided with a link to the list can view it, whether they are a Trent user or not. They cannot access full-text or files connected to items without a Trent login.
