In flower this tree is aesthetically breathtaking, an eye stopper the last of the large ornamental trees to bloom in the season. With its large clusters of creamy white extremely showy flowers and its fruits a pod resembling a continuous tear drop and very soft pinnately compound leaves making this tree look very graceful. <\/span><\/li>\n\t
Native to China, Korea. Hardy from Zones 4 to 7. <\/span><\/li>\n\t
A medium sized tree, reaching heights of 50 to 75\u2019, comparable to width; upright spreading in youth, developing to a broadly rounded crown at maturity. Light density, branches and flow very graceful. Rate of growth is medium to fast, wood is weak making this tree prone to storm damage and short lived. <\/span><\/li>\n\t
