For example, did you have opportunities to write or discuss your challenges and successes? Were you answering prompts on a regular basis, or submitting short papers during the course of the experience?

How frequently did you meet with your group to debrief your experiences? 

For example, if it was a one-day or short-term activity, did you meet with your group later to debrief and consider your learnings from the experience?

What other ways could you have grown from the experience through activities and sharing before and after the experience?
